Daniel and I grew up in the same town 5 miles apart, went to the same middle school & high school and we even had mutual friends but we didn't meet until college. I was in a sorority and he was in a fraternity, we started talking over Instagram, went on a few dates and several Greek life events.
We traveled to Italy and Paris together.
We graduated college together and then moved in to our first home together.
We rented a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex with each of our dogs. Within a year we were engaged, pregnant, married, parents, and now home owners!
I never imagined I would meet the love of my life and become settled so quickly. I truly believe god has had a plan for us all along.
Daniel is everything I could ever ask for in a partner. He provides for our family financially, physically and emotionally. He is the first person I go to when I need to talk to someone. He is so good with our daughter and our home.
He always finds time to fill up everyones cup and somehow his own. When I cant manage all the house chores he stays up late helping me clean. Most nights he comes home and walks the baby and dogs so i can finish cooking.
When life seems overwhelming we somehow just find a way to live every moment in the present. There is nothing that we can’t handle together. This month has thrown us so many obstacles but we manage to hold on tight through the difficult moments and give each other grace when its needed.
